My love for data was always present inside me, even though I did not know until recently. I learned statistics in high school and loved it. Statistics was a reason I decided to commit into majoring in Sociology because finding relationships between sets of data and determining whether experimental manipulations have affected some variable of interest was the most interesting aspect of Sociology to me. I saw data everywhere during my tenure with Amazon and it excites me that I can have a career where I can collect, clean, and interpret data sets to help answer a question or solve a problem.
